What's a drop?
One update, sent everywhere at once — email, push and your connected social accounts all count as a single drop, no matter how many channels it goes to or how many followers receive it.
Do unused drops expire?
No. Each paid month tops up your plan's drops, and anything you don't use rolls over and stays in your balance until you spend it — even if you cancel. A quiet month is never wasted money.

Post as often as your followers love. Fair use applies — it covers real updates from one brand, not bulk or automated blasts.
What's social auto-post?
Connect your Facebook Page, the Instagram account linked to it, or a Discord server — then choose per drop which of them it goes to. You're always in control of what gets posted where. Instagram requires a photo on the drop. Available on Growth and Local Pro.
What's a custom sending domain?
On Starter and Growth, your emails come from your brand name via katodrop.com. On Local Pro, we set them up to send from your own domain (like [email protected]) — better deliverability and fully your brand.
